The 2022-2023 Free/Reduced Meal Application must be completed to receive free/reduced meals and to have school/sports fees waived/reducted. For those households that are directly certified by ODJFS, please complete only the last page to have your student's school fees waived/reduced. Applications may be return to your student's school office.
