Nurse's Office/Covid-19 Information

Covid-19 Information and Dashboard

In an effort to update parents/guardians about current positive COVID-19 cases within the Logan Elm schools, we will update this data as cases as confirmed.
If/when a student or staff member tests positive, the local Health Department will perform contact tracing and will notify those who should self-quarantine or self-isolate.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, students and staff should continue to perform daily health checks for the following symptoms:
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Headache
  • Loss of sense of smell and/or taste
  • Muscle or body aches
Please keep your child home if they are ill.

If you have any questions, contact the District School Nurse or the District Superintendent.
