Incoming Freshmen Parent Orientation Meeting

Annually, we hold an incoming freshmen parent meeting to help with the transition for our students and families as they move into High School.  This year, our meeting is on 2/22 at 5:30 pm in the Middle School Gym.  Our agenda for the meeting is linked below.

8th grade Washington DC trip

Families,
The registration window is still open for our May trip to Washington DC for 8th grade students.  Please take advantage of this great opportunity for our kids.  Scholarships are available to students and families in need.  Contact [email protected] with any questions.

8th Grade DC Trip

Any 8th grade families with questions regarding the Washington DC trip, Mr. Barnes will be in his room during conferences on 12/14 from 3:00-6:00 pm.  If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Barnes at [email protected]

Parent/Teacher Conferences

Families,

We will hold Parent/Teacher conferences on 12/14 from 3:00-6:00.  You may contact the office at 474-7503 or [email protected] or [email protected] to schedule a conference.  However, you do not need to schedule an appointment, you may come in whenever you're available.  This is a crucial time of year for students and a quick "check-in" with their teachers can make a huge difference!  As you are checking your child's grades on Infinite Campus, please check school fees!

Middle School Schedules available to be accessed again

The Infinite Campus portal has been reactivated for middle school students and parents to see schedules. Students will receive a paper copy on their Staggered Start Day. On that day, students will need to report straight to the MS gym upon arrival.

Middle School Student Schedules

Students are able to view their schedules on Infinite Campus at this time.
Some points regarding schedules.
- Each grade level has the same set of Core and Impact classes that everyone needs to take.
- There is very little flexibility due to when Impact classes and electives are offered.
- Students already selected their elective at the end of last year or when they enrolled.
- Schedule changes are not able to be accommodated.

How to use Google Drive in "offline" mode

The link below will give you instructions for how to use Google Drive in "offline" mode. I understand that many of you already know how to do this, but I wanted to level the playing field and make sure everyone has the same information. If you have "spotty" or unreliable internet, if you have a lot of people sharing a connection, or if you are concerned about data caps and overage charges, this can be a big help and good tool. Basically, it allows you to access and work on files without being online. Then you can share the files later when you're back online. Follow the directions below to make files available offline and how to make your offline work available online again.
